About our Founder
Phillip S. Hadlock, MBA
Special Projects Consultant
Born in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California (Los Angeles area) in December of 1952, and some years later graduated from Menlo-Atherton High School in Atherton, California in 1971. During this time Hadlock had been a Boy Scout, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. He also played a lot of baseball, first in Right Field and then Left Field (Little League) and eventually ended up as the Pitcher (Pony League) and then Fast Pitch Underhand Softball. In the summer of 1970 Hadlock began a career in the Martial Arts (Kenpo Karate), now involved for over 50 years.
Hadlock joined the US Army in 1973 and separated (got out) in 1976, shortly after the war in Vietnam ended. He went back to school in 1979, and received his AA Psychology in 1981 at American River College where he also met Dawn, who would become his wife, now of 45 years. Hadlock earned a BA degree (California State University-Chico) in 1983 where he studied Political Science/International Relations; with dbl. minors in History & Asian Studies, all wrapped-up in a Pre-Law Curriculum. Hadlock received "Highest Honors" Accolades. Rather than going to Law School, in 1984 Hadlock received his MBA in Consumer Product Marketing and Finance from LaSalle University Extension. Since that time he has worked, first as a Business, and later as a Special Projects Consultant. Following are two of Mr. Hadlock's more interesting accomplishments.

*Between 1993-1996, shortly after the fall of the Soviet Communists, Mr. Hadlock developed the RAMS Project (Russian American Marketing Services) in Moscow, Russia with offices also in Kiev, Ukraine; Minsk, Belarus; and Sacramento, California. Sanctioned by the USDoS, clients included Kodak, Mercedes Benz, Coca Cola, Rothmans Plc, Raster Corp, Deloitte and Touche, and several others.
*Between 1999-2001 Hadlock developed the FEED Project (Food Efficiency & Economic Development) for three Agencies of the United Nations Organization (the UN - FAO; WFP; IFAD). For Mr. Hadlock, The FEED Project culminated when he became the Invited Guest Symposium Presenter at the UNs 2001 World Food Security Conference in Rome, Italy. Hadlock presented to 78 individuals representing 42 different national governments. USDoS, USDA, Senator Feinstein (D-CA), Senator Boxer (D-CA), Ambassador George McGovern, others.
Most recently Hadlock developed a new Integrated Business Model Approach to Veterans' Homeless (Veterans' Joint Taskforce on Homelessness) for the VA in Washington, DC.
